Jim Clerkin brings over 40 years of leadership experience in the global wine and spirits industry. He began his career at Guinness in Ireland, rising to the company’s board of directors. In 2003, he was appointed President of North America and Canada for Allied Domecq. Following its acquisition, he became 

CEO of The Jim Beam Company, overseeing operations in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

In 2008, Jim joined Moët Hennessy as Executive Vice President and COO, managing a portfolio of world-renowned brands including Hennessy, Moët & Chandon, and Belvedere. He was named President and CEO of Moët Hennessy USA in 2010, and expanded his remit to lead North America in 2015.

In 2019, he transitioned to lead global strategy and M&A for Moët Hennessy. 

Today, Jim serves as Chairman of ReserveBar/MiniBar. He is also a board member of Cuervo International and CLEAN Co spirits.  Outside of work Jim is an active board member of CoOperation Ireland.
