RSM

John Harrington is a Director in the Financial Consulting group at RSM, where he leads complex technical accounting and advisory engagements, specializing in cross-border accounting conversions, international financial reporting, and services for high-net-worth family office clients. He is also a member of RSM’s Irish Country Practice, advising Irish companies on U.S. expansion and market entry initiatives.

Prior to relocating to New York in 2016, John worked in the advisory practice at Grant Thornton, where he specialized in financial reporting and advisory services for media and entertainment companies, hedge funds, and large real estate portfolios. He later joined Eurotech Construction, a leading Manhattan-based construction firm, before transitioning to RSM.

John holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Galway and is a Chartered Accountant.

Originally from Raheny, Dublin, John is passionate about golf and soccer. He now resides in Montclair, New Jersey, with his wife, Tania, their son, Colin, and their puppy, Milou.
