Kathleen F. Driscoll

Kathleen Driscoll is Sr VP and Chief of Philanthropy at UMass Memorial Health with over 40 years’ experience in various management positions including board roles, sales and marketing and philanthropy.
She currently leads the philanthropic efforts for the third largest healthcare system in Massachusetts and led several nine-figure campaigns as Secretary for Institutional Advancement at the Archdiocese of Boston, and as President of the Campaign for Catholic Schools. Prior to her non-profit career, Kathleen held senior management positions at John Hancock Financial Services, as Vice President Corporate Communications and then Sr VP Brokerage Sales. Colleagues describe her as a mission-driven leader, a thoughtful strategist, and champion for many causes. She is actively engaged in several non-profit boards, most recently as Chair of Boys Town’s National Board.
Kathleen is proud of her Irish roots, her paternal grandfather Francis I. Fallon’s family immigrated from Kitoom, County Roscommon and grandmother’s family, the Curtins’ were from Listowel, County Kerry.
Kathleen is a Boston College graduate; she and her husband Kevin are the proud parents of six children.
