Kathleen “Cathy” Maguire is an entrepreneur and the founder of First Contact NYC, an award-winning, women-owned boutique real estate brokerage specializing in Relocation and Global Mobility. Now celebrating her second consecutive year as a Top 100 Irish America honoree, she is recognized for shaping the executive mobility landscape through innovation, vision, and exceptional client service. This year, First Contact NYC gained industry recognition by integrating AI into corporate moves, enhancing efficiency, communication, and the overall client experience.

In addition to her corporate achievements, Kathleen is a celebrated singer and the founder of White Wolf Company, a media and entertainment production company with clients including Aer Lingus, CIE, the Fitzpatrick Hotel Group, and PBS. Her artistic career includes over 10 million YouTube views and performances at Madison Square Garden, Carnegie Hall, the Grand Ole Opry, and St. Patrick’s Cathedral, along with a global Netflix appearance supporting champion boxer Katie Taylor. 

She lives between New York and Nashville. As a personal passion, she volunteers her time to help owners locate lost and stolen dogs.
