Orla Hanrahan is an EY Partner/Principal in Banking and Capital Markets, serving as a Global Client Service Partner (GCSP) to leading global banks. She advises G-SIBs, large regional banks, and large foreign banks on strategic growth, operational, and regulatory priorities.

With nearly 20 years of experience across major financial institutions, Orla is recognized for her leadership in treasury and her work advancing banks’ market agendas. Before joining EY, Orla held Corporate Treasury and Liquidity Risk Management roles at J.P. Morgan in New York and London, as well as at Santander UK and Bank of Ireland Corporate & Markets.

Orla is honored to serve on the Board of the Lehman College Foundation (2025-2028). The Lehman College Foundation is a MacKenzie Scott “10,000 Degrees” grant recipient and a mission-driven organization uniquely committed to academic excellence and social mobility in NYC.

A native of Malahide, Co. Dublin, Orla and her husband, Oisín, have two children and have made their home in downtown Manhattan. They love to tour around Ireland to visit family and friends, sharing Irish experiences, traditions, and language with their children.
