Peggy Murphy, Executive Vice President at United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA), has over 25 years of hospitality and tourism experience.

Her responsibilities at USTOA include overseeing association operations and works closely with USTOA president & CEO, on guiding the strategic direction of the association. Prior to joining USTOA in 2005, Peggy held the position of sales manager for meetings and conventions at the Long Island Convention and Visitors Bureau, where she played a prominent role in attracting meeting business to Long Island.

Earlier in her career, Peggy spent time at The Garden City Hotel in sales executive positions and at the United States Tennis Association. Peggy received her BA in Sports Administration from St. Thomas University in Miami and currently resides on Long Island, NY. She is a member of the 41-74 Club and MPIGNY.

A second-generation Irish American, Peggy’s grandparents were born in County Monaghan and County Tyrone.
