Robert D. Higgins is Vice President of Real Estate and Development for The Container Store. A retail veteran with 30 plus years of experience as a global strategist and leader within Real Estate, Construction, Store Design, Procurement and Facilities Management & Maintenance.

Bob has successfully led national and international expansion efforts for companies such as Brooks Brothers, Tommy Hilfiger, Guess Jeans, Virgin Entertainment Group and Fossil Group Inc.

He is currently leading The Container Store’s unprecedented growth within the Real Estate, Store Design, Construction and Corporate and Store Facility functions. Bob was born and raised in Kansas City, MO. Bob has traveled extensively throughout his career and has lived in New York, Los Angeles, and London.

Currently, Bob lives in Dallas with his sons, Jack and Ted. He is looking forward to the day when he can explore his Higgins roots in County Sligo.
