Sean Gaffey is Co-Founder of the Gaffey Mellody Savoie Group, where he works with a select group of business owners, entrepreneurs, and private equity principals to design bespoke wealth strategies that maximize after-tax outcomes and preserve legacy. Each plan blends creativity with precision, ensuring wealth is aligned with purpose, family, and philanthropy.

Beyond his professional work, Sean is deeply committed to community and heritage. He serves as Chairman of Co-operation Ireland USA, the leading peace-building organization dedicated to fostering dialogue and collaboration among young people across Northern Ireland and between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Sean’s grandparents on his paternal side were from Ballymoe, Co. Galway and his mother’s family from Drangan and Thurles in Co. Tipperary.  Sean lives in Rockville Centre, New York with his wife Allison, their sons Aiden and Liam.
