A SECOND man has been arrested by detectives investigating an attack on a mosque in Co. Down. Woman believed to be oldest person in Ireland passes away at age of 109

A WOMAN believed to be the oldest person in Ireland has passed away, just a few months after celebrating her 109th birthday. Phyllis Furness, who was a resident at the Moycullen Nursing Home in Co. Four people arrested in Northern Ireland during operating targeting human trafficking

THE PSNI has arrested four people as part of an operation targeting human trafficking. The three men and one woman were detained following searches in Co. Antrim and Co. Tyrone on Tuesday. June 5, 1968

Following his win in the California and South Dakota primaries, presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy made a speech addressing his campaign supporters at the Ambassador Hotel in LA, California. In an effort to make it to a press conference on time, Kennedy decided to pass through the kitchen, where he was shot by Sirhan Bishara Sirhan. He sustained three gun shot wounds and was immediately rushed to The Good Samaritan Hospital. Despite surgery, Kennedy died the next morning on June 6, 1968.
