POLICE are treating a report of an assault on a teenager in Belfast as a racially-motivated hate crime. The incident occurred at around 5.15pm on Monday, February 3, in Aughrim Park in the south of the city. Couple found dead in Co. Kerry house named locally

A COUPLE who were found dead in their home in Co. Kerry have been named locally as David and Hazel Byrne. Three arrests made after gardaí seize drugs valued at €14m

THREE men have been arrested after gardaí seized drugs with an estimated total value of more than €14m. Approximately 182kg of cocaine and 4kg of cannabis herb were seized during searches in Mountmellick, Co. Laois and a number of other locations on Tuesday.
