TWO new speed cameras will be operational in Ireland from tomorrow gardaí hae confirmed today. The static speed safety camera systems, which are in place on the N17 in Ballinsmaula in Co. Man charged with money laundering after drugs worth €100k seized in Tipperary

A MAN has been charged with money laundering offences after gardaí seized drugs worth €100k during a raid in Tipperary. Garda officers stopped a vehicle on the M8 near Thurles shortly before 9pm on December 10, the confirmed in a statement this morning. Two women and three men arrested over cross-border cocaine smuggling in Ireland

FIVE people have been arrested by officers investigating cocaine smuggling from the Republic of Ireland into the North. Two women and three men were arrested following searches by PSNI officers at ten properties in Belfast this week. Irish playwright Martin McDonagh’s debut play “The Beauty Queen of Leenane” wins four Tony awards for its 1998 Broadway production.
