A TEENAGER has died after a car was involved in a single-vehicle collision in Co. Kildare. The incident happened on the Clane Road (R403) in Celbridge at around 10.30pm last night. Youth injured in hate crime as shop in West Belfast attacked

POLICE are treating an assault on a youth in West Belfast last night as a hate crime. ‘We are taking action’: Police make six arrests following hate-related crimes and incidents in Belfast last night

THE PSNI has revealed six people have been arrested after officers dealt with a number of hate-related crimes and hate incidents across Belfast on Tuesday. Actor Liam Neeson was born William John Neeson on this day in 1952 in Co. Antrim. Neeson worked several jobs, such as a forklift operator for Guinness, before joining the Belfast Lyric Players’ Theater. He eventually moved to work at Dublin’s Abbey Theater, where he performed in many of the classics. After his role in Suspect (1987), Neeson began to star in many more films. He was picked to play the role of Oskar Schindler in Spielberg’s 1993 Schindler’s List. He was nominated for a Golden Globe and an Academy Award. Neeson was also nominated for a Tony award. Liam Neeson has starred in several films in which he had a connection with his roots, such as Rob Roy and Michael Collins.
