GARDAÍ are questioning a man following the death of a woman in Co. Cork. Emergency services were called to a domestic residence in Midleton at around 4.15pm on Friday. A MAN has been charged after a van was rammed into the gates of several State buildings in Dublin earlier this week. On this day in 1956, Irish-American actress Grace Kelly married Prince Rainier III of Monaco and became Princess Grace of Monaco. The two met while Kelly was filming Alfred Hitchcock’s To Catch a Thief in the French Riviera. As Princess of Monaco, Kelly retired from acting and founded AMADE Mondiale, a Monaco-based non-profit organization eventually recognized by the UN as a Non-Governmental Organization. Prince Rainier and Princess Grace had three children: Caroline Louise Marguerite – Princess of Hanover and now heiress presumptive to the throne of Monaco, Albert II – Prince of Monaco current ruler of the Principality of Monaco, and Princess Stéphanie Marie Elisabeth.
