On March 16, 2015, Irish America magazine inducted Hillary Rodham Clinton into the Irish America Hall of Fame in recognition of her role in the Irish peace process. Secretary Clinton was inducted along with Bob McCann, Emmett O’Connell, and Pat Quinn.

We should never forget that Hillary’s husband President Bill Clinton played a major role in establishing peace with justice in the northeast corner of Ireland. One account has it that as President, he indicated his desire to learn cúpla focal Gaeilge.
