James Cahill is the Vice President of Labor Accounts and the NY Public Sector for Anthem BlueCross BlueShield. In this role, he supports union labor and TPA-based businesses in all of Anthem’s markets.

James was raised with deep roots in the Irish-American community after his family settled on Manhattan’s West Side from County Cork in the early 1900s.

James earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairfield University. In his free time, he coaches a youth hockey team that won the USA Hockey 16U AAA National Championship in 2021.

His greatest accomplishment, however, is his family – his wife, Kelly, and their three young sons, Jimmy, Daniel, and Matthew.
