Patrick Muldoon

Melrose Place

Actor Patrick Muldoon was introduced to the hit show Melrose Place in its season finale. But he attracted so much attention that Aaron Spelling, the show’s creator, signed him to an exclusive development contract with Spelling Television Inc. – the first actor with such a contract.

Muldoon previously spent three seasons on NBC’s top-rated daytime drama, Days of our Lives, for which he was voted Best Male Newcomer of the Year at the 1994 Soap Opera Digest Awards.

Muldoon, who has a degree in English and communications from the University of Southern California, began modeling when he was trying to break into acting. After just one audition, Muldoon landed a continuing role on the hit show Who’s the Boss, and went on to appear regularly on television.

He also has an interest in athletics, and won two Rose Bowl rings as a member of the USC Trojans football team.
