POLICE in Greater Manchester have appealed for help in finding the family of an Irish woman who passed away in the region recently. Margaret Theresa Doyle, 73, died in the borough of Bury last month. Weather warnings issued in Ireland as freezing temperatures and ‘significant snowfall’ expected

WEATHER warnings have been issued for a number of counties in Ireland as “significant snowfall" is expected overnight. Man wanted for offences committed in Monaghan extradited from Northern Ireland

A MAN wanted to stand trial in the Republic of Ireland has been extradited from Northern Ireland. The 33-year-old is wanted for offences committed in Monaghan in 2020 and 2021. Following his win in the California and South Dakota primaries, presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy made a speech addressing his campaign supporters at the Ambassador Hotel in LA, California. In an effort to make it to a press conference on time, Kennedy decided to pass through the kitchen, where he was shot by Sirhan Bishara Sirhan. He sustained three gun shot wounds and was immediately rushed to The Good Samaritan Hospital. Despite surgery, Kennedy died the next morning on June 6, 1968.
